If a user collapses the all form sections prior to upgrading to Eureka, the user will not be able to extend the collapsed section. The extend icon no longer exists in the top section of the change form.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. On a change form, collapse all sections.

  2. Upgrade to Eureka.

    Notice that the top section on the change form does not appear.



  1. Go to the User Preference table by typing sys_user_preference.list in the Filter navigator.

  2. Create the filter [User][is][user with issue] AND [Name][starts with][collapse.section] and click Run.

    Tip – To back up the records, right-click at the end of the breadcrumbs/filter line and choose Open new window. Right-click that header and choose Export > XML.

  3. Delete the filtered records.

    This action will expand all the records that were collapsed for the user at the next login.
