Description

UI context menu for a table does not appear using List v3.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to System Definition > Plugins.
  2. Search for and click on the plugin named List v3. 
  3. In Related Links, click Activate/Upgrade.
  4. Click Activate.
  5. Click View Plugin List.
  6. Ensure that Listv3 is enabled for related lists.
  7. Navigate to System UI > UI Context Menus.
  8. Search for and click on the context menu named Update Selected.
  9. Change Table to Incident.
  10. Change Name to Test.
  11. Right-click in the header bar and select Insert and Stay. 
  12. Navigate to Incidents > All.
  13. Right-click on a column header.
    Note that the newly created UI context menu named Test does not appear in the menu.



  14. Click the menu icon  and select List Control.



  15. Select the Disable list v3 option.
  16. Click Update.
  17. Right-click on a column header.
    The newly created UI context menu appears in the form.

Workaround

Use List v2 as a temporary workaround. For more information, see Disable List v3 globally in the product documentation.
