The rename attachment functionality in the Manage Attachments window is not working properly.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to Incidents > Open.
  2. Open an incident record.
  3. Add an attachment.
  4. Click rename next to the attachment name.
    The cursor goes to the beginning of the file name.
  5. Click the middle of the file name.
    The download begins and it is not possible to rename the file.
