Steps to Reproduce
- Activate the French language plugin.
- Navigate to Incident > Create New.
- Fill in the required fields and click Submit.
- Open the incident record for the newly created incident.
- In a different browser, log in as a second user.
- Change the global language to French.
- Open the record created in steps 2-3.
Note that the message indicating that another user is reading the incident is not translated.
