Steps to Reproduce
Log in as admin and navigate to Contextual Search > Table Configuration.
Select the incident table.
Uncheck the Active check box.
Navigate to Incident > Create New.
The error message "Search Service Error: There is no table configuration defined [Create New]" is displayed on the screen.
Either remove the contextual search results formatter from the form or change the configuration to make contextual search results active for the table.
