Description

The Special Handling Notes are showing HTML tag.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to System Definition > Plugins.
  2. Find and click on the name Special Handling Notes.
  3. Click Activate/Upgrade.
  4. Click Activate.
  5. When the plugin has finished activating, click View Plugin List.
  6. Find and click on the name Special Handling Notes Demo Data.
  7. Click Activate/Upgrade.
  8. Click Activate.
  9. When the plugin has finished activating, click View Plugin List.
  10. Navigate to Special Handling Notes > Configuration.
  11. Click New.
  12. In Table Name, select Incident.
  13. Click Submit.
  14. Navigate to Special Handling Notes > Properties.
  15. Clear the Display special handling notes only once per session option.
  16. Click Save.
  17. Navigate to Special Handling Notes > Special Handling Notes.
  18. In the Short Description column, click Urgent issue.
  19. Change the Short Description to Incident.
  20. Click Update.
  21. Navigate to Incident > Open.
  22. Open an incident record
  23. Change the Short Description to Urgent.
  24. Click Submit.
  25. Navigate to Incident > All.
  26. Open the incident you edited in step 23.
    Note that the Special Handling Notes pop-up window is showing HTML tags (see attached file).

Workaround
