Users with rota_manager role should only be able to create rota for groups in which they are a manager or member, or groups in which the role has been delegated to them. Unlike the rota_admin role (which allows users to create and manage rotas without any regard to the group the rota pertains to), the rota_manager role works in conjunction with the relationship a user has to the group with which the rota is associated.
Steps to Reproduce
- Install the On-Call Scheduling plugin.
- Add rota_manager role to a user.
- Log in as that user.
- Navigate to On-Call Scheduling > My Group Schedules.
- Click New.
The Action not authorized message appears and the wizard does not run.
Note: This is just a workaround. Revert to base system before upgrading.
