The Service Catalog home page is blank to non-admin users if a category has no active items.
Steps to Reproduce
- Enable Amazon.
- Run Discovery.
- Create an catalog item for ec2 VM.
- Navigate to Cloud Resource Catalog > Amazon Virtual Machines.
- Order the VM.
Note that nothing shows up in the resource catalog.
This issue is resolved since late Fuji and Geneva. As a workaround on earlier releases, perform /cache.do to clear the instance cache.
