The focus for the fields in the Planning tab incorrectly changes when using a UI Policy that makes the fields mandatory.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to Change > Open and open a form.

  2. Right-click in the header and choose Configure > All.

  3. Go to UI Policies and click New.

  4. Provide a short description and click Submit.

  5. Make the following fields mandatory: Backout plan, Implementation plan, Justification, Risk and impact analysis, and Test plan. For each field:

    1. Under UI Policy Actions, click New.
    2. Select the field from the Field name drop-down list.
    3. Set Mandatory to True.
    4. Click Submit.
  6. Click Update.

  7. Navigate to Change > Open.

  8. Use the condition filter to find forms where the Approval field is set to Not Yet Approved and select one.

  9. Note that the focus is on the Justification field in the Planning tab.

  10. Click Request Approval.

A message appears saying that the mandatory fields have not been filled in.

  11. Click OK in the message window.

Note that the focus has incorrectly moved to the Implementation plan field.
