The Resolve Incident button does not mark incident as resolved.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in as a user without any roles.
  2. Create an incident.
  3. Click Resolve Incident.
  4. Fill in the mandatory Additional Comments field.
  5. Click Save.
    Note that the incident is not resolved. You need to click Resolve Incident instead of Save in step 5.
