There are two ways to navigate to the current logged in user's profile:
- Self-Service > Update my profile.
- In the top right corner, click on the down arrow next to the user and click Profile
Using either method, the user profile should appear in the ESS view. However, the second method is opening the profile in the Default view.
Steps to Reproduce
- Impersonate a user.
- Click the down arrow next to the user name in the top right corner.
- Click Profile.
Notice the Default view appears instead of the ESS view.
The problem was fixed in Geneva Patch 8 by PRB647294.
