As an ITIL user, personalizing lists does not update the list layout because the cache key does not match.

Steps to Reproduce


  1. Open an instance with base system Geneva release installed.
  2. Log in an a non-admin user.
  3. Check that the latest List v3 plugin is active.
  4. Navigate to any list or related list.
  5. Click the gear icon and personalize the list columns.
    The page refreshees, possibly showing the new column layout initially.
  6. Open one of the listed records.
  7. Navigate back to the list.
    The previous oclumn layout is displayed.
