On a demo OOB Geneva instance:
\r\nGo to Service Catalog > Catalog Definitions > Record Producers.
\r\nOpen the Something Broken record producer.
\r\nIn the Script field, redirect to the incident_status page:
\r\ngs.addInfoMessage('Hi');
producer.redirect = \"incident_status.do\";
Using Chrome, go to the demo CMS page /ess.
\r\nUnder the category Get Help, click Something Broken.
\r\nFill in the required information and click Submit.
\r\nYou are redirected to the incident_status page, but the addInfoMessage message does not display.
\r\nAfter carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or future releases.
