Email does not appear in Activity log. This occurs when updating the email address manually in the user form.

Steps to Reproduce


  1. Navigate to User Administration > User.
  2. Open a user record.
  3. If necessary, add the Activity formatter.
    • Right-click in the header bar.
    • Select Configure > Form Layout.
    • Move Activities (filtered) from the Available list to the Selected list.
    • Click Save.
  4. Right-click on Activity and select Configure Activities.
  5. Move Email from the Available list to the Selected list.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Navigate to User Administration > User.
  8. Open a user record.
  9. In the Email field, type test@test.com.
  10. Click Save

The update should show in the activities, but it does not.
