Description
The UI Script named "NavFilterExtension" is no longer supported in the latest UI. NavFilterExtension can be enabled to disable or customize direct navigation to tables through the navigation menu using .list.
Steps to Reproduce
- Enable NavFilterExtension (/sys_ui_script.do?sys_id=7595a72f0a0006d400c3a9fc993d5092).
- Log out.
- Log back in.
- View incident.list.
Workaround
After carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and the risk of attempting a fix, ServiceNow has decided to not address this issue in a future release.
