Double bullets appear on indented bulleted lists in the TinyMCE HTML Editor

In TinyMCE, bulleted lists are indented to have an additional bullet added when the record is saved.

 

1. Open a kb_knowledge form. 
2. Click the bullet list button  to start a bulleted list.
3. Enter some text.
4. Hit enter or return on your keyboard to create the next bulleted item.
5. Enter text for the new bullet .
6. Click the indent button .
   The bullets are displayed correctly.
7. Save the record.
   Two bullets appear on the same line, one indented, one not (see below).
   
   

This issue is no longer reproducible since Geneva and later releases.
