Steps to Reproduce
- Open any incident.
- Click on Work notes list lock icon.
- Add an invalid email address.
For example, Y@Y.
Note that no error message is displayed to indicate the invalid email.
After carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and the risk of attempting a fix, ServiceNow has decided to not address this issue in a future release.
