The following error message intermittently occurs using Firefox or Internet Explorer when landing on different homepages:


Steps to Reproduce

This error message issue occurs when switching or reloading homepages, mostly using Internet Explorer but also on Firefox. It is not reproducible on demand, and has been observed in the following cases:

  1. Open the System Diagnostics homepage.
  2. Open the My ITIL Homepage.
  3. After activating the plugins Project Management and Project Workbench, navigate to Project > Portfolio Overview.




The issue occurs infrequently on homepages and for users that use Firefox or IE. With the release of Istanbul and the general availability of dashboards for every user in the platform, the best practice is to move the users away from homepages in favor of dashboards.
