When creating a new record in the Reference List view, the Reference Icon for Reference Fields is positioned incorrectly. The icon does not appear as grayed-out/disabled inside the text search box. Instead, it is floating off to the right.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to an incident record.
  2. In the caller_id field, click the Search icon so the reference list pop-up is displayed.
  3. Click the New button to obtain a new sys_user form in the pop-up.
    The form is displayed in Reference List view.
  4. Personalize the Form Layout and add a reference field to the form like Company or Department.
    You could also add a custom reference field if you have created one. 
  5. Return to the form. 

Result 1: A grayed-out image (it may be barely visible) for a search or lookup button floating to the right of the field.

Result 2: If you use autocomplete to select a User, note how you get the click-through Info Icon to appear, but the search/information icon is positioned to the right of this other icon.
