Description

Edge Bookmark for the Service Catalog does not correctly navigate to the Service Catalog homepage

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Click on Self Service > Service Catalog.
  2. Drag Service Catalog to the Edge to create a bookmark.
  3. Click on the Self-Service > Service Catalog bookmark.
    Expected results: Default Service Catalog page should be displayed.
    Actual results: Service Catalog heading shows, with more content blocks in the page.

Workaround

The problem is being investigated. Please subscribe to this Known Error article for updates as they become available.

You can workaround this issue by modifying the bookmark in the Bookmarks [sys_ui_bookmark] table.

  1. Navigate to System Definition > Bookmarks (or sys_ui_bookmark.list).
  2. Filter the table for Title = 'Self-Service > Service Catalog.'
  3. Using List Editing, double-click on the URL for the identified record(s) and remove the last space character.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Reload the frameset.
  6. Click on the bookmark again.
    You are redirected correctly.
