Description

In certain circumstances, clicking a link in an email displayed in activity formatter causes the email box to go blank and the link to not resolve.

Steps to Reproduce 

  1. Create an Email Notification for a record (for example, Incident) that includes a link to the record in the body of the email.
  2. Perform an action in the record to trigger the notification.
  3. View your original record outside of the frameset.
  4. Expand the Sent Email box in the Activity Formatter to preview.
  5. Click the link to the record from the email preview.
    The email preview in the Activity Formatter shows as blank and the link appears to not load.

Workaround
