ServiceNow CORE Solutions Brief
ServiceNow CORE (Compliance Operations Readiness Evidence), hosted on the ServiceNow Community, is a documentation library supports customers who need to assess ServiceNow's compliance to regulatory requirements and other standards.
ServiceNow CORE enables ServiceNow customers to self-serve the documentation they need to help address their internal audit and vendor assessment requirements, as well as other regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO, SOX, etc.), related to their use of ServiceNow.
ServiceNow Limited CORE is for prospective customers, partners and service providers (MSP/ SPs) to allow them to access a select subset of CORE documentation, including white papers and sample process documentation.
Access to CORE and Limited CORE
The process for requesting access to the CORE and Limited CORE is the same. Customers with an NDA and a security and compliance role will be provisioned to the CORE. Prospects and partners with an NDA will be provisioned to the Limited CORE.
To access, you will need to complete the following steps.
Step One: Join the ServiceNow Community
The community will email you to confirm that you have provided a valid business email address. Make sure to click the link to fully activate your account.
If you're already a member, make sure your community account utilizes your business email address and then proceed to step three.
Step Two: Complete the ServiceNow CORE Registration Survey
ServiceNow provides validation checks and, as such, access is not immediately granted. Once your request has been processed, you will receive a notification email from ServiceNow with access instructions. Please allow up to five business days for access provisioning.
