ServiceNow CORE (Compliance Operations Readiness Evidence), hosted on the ServiceNow Community, is an extensive set of documentation that maps out how ServiceNow supports customers who need to address compliance and regulatory requirements for cloud services.
ServiceNow CORE enables ServiceNow customers to readily access the documentation they need to help address their internal audit and vendor assessment requirements, as well as other regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO, SOX, etc.), related to their use of ServiceNow.
ServiceNow Limited CORE is for prospective customers, partners, and sales teams, to allow them to access a select subset of CORE documentation, including white papers and sample process documentation.
Access to CORE and Limited CORE
The process for requesting access to the CORE and Limited CORE is the same. Customers with an NDA and a security and compliance role will be provisioned to the CORE. Prospects, partners, and sales will be provisioned to the Limited CORE.
To access, you will need to complete the following steps.
Step One: Join the ServiceNow Community
The community will email you to confirm that you have provided a valid email address. Make sure to click the link to fully activate your account.
If you’re already a member, make sure that you know your community username and proceed to step two.
Step Two: Complete the ServiceNow CORE Registration Survey
Once onboarding is complete, you will receive a notification email from ServiceNow with access instructions. Note: this is a manual process and, as such, access is not immediately granted. Please allow five business days for onboarding.
