Description

Next/Previous navigation button does not work if the record is opened from a database view.

Steps to Reproduce

 

  1. Open base system database view named Incident SLA.
  2. Click Try it to list all records from the database view.
  3. Open an incident by clicking an incident Number.
  4. Click the Next/Previous button on the top right corner.
    A page opens that shows the id of the database view record as header and a blank form.

Workaround

After carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and the cost and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or near future releases. We do not make these decisions lightly, and we apologize for any inconvenience. You can submit an Enhancement Request from the Self-Service portal on HI, and Subscribe to this article to be notified in case of future updates.
