Description

In UI16, if you attempt to paste an image into the email composer by using a keyboard shortcut or the context menu, the Macintosh default thumbnail is pasted instead. If the image is added with the composer menu, or if it is dragged into the composer, the image is pasted and sent appropriately.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Ensure that UI16 is being used.
  2. Create a new email for an incident.
  3. Drag in an image and see that it is correctly pasted.
  4. Copy in an image using keyboard shortcuts or the context menu.
    Note that the default image is pasted instead.

Workaround

Attach and link the image using the Insert/Edit Image button in the HTML field toolbar.
