Description

The alignment of variable question text/label was moved to the left of the input box, instead of above the input box. This makes multi-lined questions more difficult to read.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to Self-Service > Service Catalog.
  2. Select Hardware.
  3. Select Sales Laptop.
    Note that the question Additional software requirements is to the left of the input box. In previous versions, it appeared above the input box.

Workaround

ServiceNow has decided to revert to the old styling of labels at the top of the Service Catalog controls. Questions do not have a border and the UI follows the platform styling shown in the following figure.
