Problem

A user attempting to log in to the Performance Analytics mobile app does not have the required roles. 

 

Symptoms

When logging in to the Performance Analytics mobile app, the following error appears:

Error: User Not Authorized, (Failed ACL Validation), status=403  


Cause
The user does not have the required roles.

 

Resolution


  1. Verify that the user has any roles required to access Performance Analytics
  2. Restart the mobile app to clear the app cache
