Clicking a knowledge result from a CMS global search appears to break out of CMS on Fuji. After performing a global search in CMS in Fuji, clicking a knowledge search result functions as if it is not in CMS anymore. The result page (kb_view.do) replaces all CMS layout and opens in a full page.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in to the Fuji CMS site (for example, https://<instance>.service-now.com/ess).
  2. Use a global search in top-right corner and search for a term (for example, computer).
  3. Scroll through the results to the Knowledge & Catalog section and click any Knowledge Base record. (For example, Are Copyrighted Files Illegal to Have On My Computer?)

  4. Note that the results open in full page, without the CMS framework and CMS layout rendered:


If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In field to determine the versions that have a permanent fix to this issue.
