Description

'Copy' UI action for sc_cat_item record only copies the Category reference field on the form, and not all of the Categories within the Categories related list. When a Catalog admin clicks 'Copy' on the sc_cat_item record, they expect that all of the Categories within the Categories related list are copied over. The 'Copy; UI action for the sc_cat_item record only copies one Category, due to the Category value existing within the Category reference field on the sc_cat_item table.

Steps to Reproduce

In a Eureka or Fuji instance:

  1. Navigate to Service Catalog > Catalog Definition > Maintain Items.
  2. Click Apple iPad 3.
  3. Under the Related Lists, click the Edit... UI action.
  4. Remove any existing Categories and add 5 or 6 new Categories.
  5. Save.
  6. On the Catalog Item form [sc_cat_item], click Copy. You will be re-directed to the list view of the Catalog Item.
  7. Select the Catalog Item Copy of iPad 3.
  8. Scroll to the related list.

Notice only one Category is there.
