Steps to Reproduce
In a Eureka or Fuji instance:
- Navigate to Service Catalog > Catalog Definition > Maintain Items.
- Click Apple iPad 3.
- Under the Related Lists, click the Edit... UI action.
- Remove any existing Categories and add 5 or 6 new Categories.
- On the Catalog Item form [sc_cat_item], click Copy. You will be re-directed to the list view of the Catalog Item.
- Select the Catalog Item Copy of iPad 3.
- Scroll to the related list.
Notice only one Category is there.
The fix is within the ServiceNow code base therefore a workaround is not possible. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In field below to determine the versions that have a permanent fix to this issue.
