The "Cancel" UI action on requests is counterintuitive to end users. End users expect the Cancel button to cancel changes to the form.
The current behavior of the Cancel button is to cancel the request.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in as an Administrator. 
  2. Navigate to Service Catalog > Open Records > Requests.
  3. Click on an open request.
  4. Make changes to the request.
  5. Click Cancel in the upper right corner.
    The end user expects the Cancel button to cancel changes and not cancel the request.


On the sc_request table, change the label from Cancel to Cancel Request.
