When an unassigned facilities task is canceled, a new and empty user record is created.

Steps to Reproduce


  1. Navigate to System Definition > Plugins.
  2. Search for and open the record for the Facilities Service Management plugin.
  3. In Related Links, click Activate/Upgrade.
  4. Click Activate.
  5. Click View Plugin List.
  6. Navigate to Self-Service > Facilities Catalog.
  7. Click Maintenance and Repair.
  8. Click Report a Safety Issue.
  9. Type in some information.
  10. Click Submit.
  11. Navigate to Facilities > Requests > Open - Unassigned.
  12. Open the record for the request you created.
  13. In Facilities Requests Task section or tab, open the task that was created.
  14. Click Cancel Task.
