Description

Related lists should not appear on forms when a new record is being created. However, they appear on new records when the Related List Loading options After Form Loads or On-Demand are selected.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open an incident. For base system instances, navigate to a Task SLA  Task related list.

  2. Set the Related List Loading option to With the Form.

  3. Open a new incident.

    Note that the related list does not appear on the form.

  4. Set the Related List Loading option to After Form Loads.

  5. Open a new incident.

    Note that the related list does appear on the form.

  6. Set the Related List Loading option to On-Demand.

  7. Open a new incident.

    Note that the Load Related Lists button appears on the form and can be clicked to load the related list.

 

Workaround

There is no known workaround for this issue. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In field to determine the versions that have a permanent fix.
