Description

The back button on a Requested Item form, coming from a global search, does not take user back to global search page.

 

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to Service Catalog > Tasks. 
  2. Open any task.
  3. Copy or write down the Request Item number.
  4. Paste or type the Request Item number into the global search box and hit enter.
  5. Click the green go-back button.
    The same page keeps loading instead of going back a page.

Workaround

This is expected behaviour and happens for all queries using global search.

Use the browser's back button to go back to the previous page.
