When a user adds items to the following homepages, the icon on the homepage is duplicated after an upgrade:

* Self Service
* Self Service Check Status
* Itil homepage

If a item is added to Get Help, there are two Get Help categories after an upgrade. One contains only the Create Incident item, the other is displays all of the items correctly.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in as Admin.
  2. Add a Record Producer item to the Get Help Category.
  3. Upgrade the instance.
  4. Note that there are now two Get Help categories.


There is no known workaround for this issue. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In field to determine the versions that have a permanent fix to this issue.
