A catalog search that does not return any results has the following line: "Try searching all categories". "All categories" is an invalid link.

Steps to Reproduce


  1. Navigate to Content > Pages.
  2. Open the Portal - Order Software page.
  3. Click the Edit Page link.
  4. Click the pencil icon to edit the Order Software block.
  5. Modify the URL to enable the Search box:

    Change from:


  6. Click Update.
  7. Launch the URL https://<instance>/ess/order_hardware.do.
  8. Enter a search term that does not return results (for example, 12345678). The results display the following:

    Catalog Search Results: Service Catalog > Hardware > '12345678'
    Your search for 12345678 did not match any items.

  9. Try searching all categories.
  10. Click the all categories link.
  11. Note that the link is broken and you see the message: Page not found.
