In Internet Explorer 11, when a Service Catalog category with no description is collapsed, 'null' is displayed.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Using Internet Explorer 11, log in to an instance.
  2. Navigate to Service Catalog > Catalog Policies > Properties.
  3. Enable the property Toggle whether the expand/collapse icon is rendered for category widgets on the service catalog homepage.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Navigate to Service Catalog > Maintain Categories.
  6. Open a category record.
  7. Delete all text in the Description field.
  8. Save the record.
  9. Navigate to Service Catalog > Catalog.
  10. Collapse the category you edited in steps 6-8.
    Note that null is displayed.


In the category record, add a space in the Description field instead of leaving it empty.
