The user is unable to add comments in custom journal_input fields in mobile view.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a new journal_input field on the incident form.
  2. Add some lines in the new field in desktop view.
  3. Ensure that the new field is displayed in the activity formatter.
  4. Go to the mobile UI.
    The journal field is displayed, but there is no option to add details into the field.


This behavior is a known limitation of the mobile UI and not a product defect. Development is investigating the possibility for inclusion of this feature in a future version of the product.
