When you go to mobile UI and click on recent documents in Fuji, it will try to bring up all Most Recent tags instead of just one. Results vary from duplicate records appearing to not loading at all due to so many tags.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in to an affected instance.
  2. Go to the tags table, and filter to show matching Most Recent.
  3. Note the total count of the Most Recent tags.
  4. Impersonate a user.
  5. Open an incident record.
  6. Open the instance in the mobile UI.
  7. Click Recent Documents.

Expected Behavior: Only the incident record that you accessed should be displayed.

Actual Behavior: There are duplicate records.
