Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to an affected instance.
- Go to the tags table, and filter to show matching Most Recent.
- Note the total count of the Most Recent tags.
- Impersonate a user.
- Open an incident record.
- Open the instance in the mobile UI.
- Click Recent Documents.
Expected Behavior: Only the incident record that you accessed should be displayed.
Actual Behavior: There are duplicate records.
If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In field to determine the versions that have a permanent fix to this issue.
