When using the tablet interface, the "ReferenceError: ScopedGlideAjaxGenerator is not defined" error occurs on scoped table forms triggered by onChange client scripts for fields on the scoped table. The issue does not seem to occur on onChange scripts that are triggered by fields extended from global tables, such as the Active field.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a new application scope.
  2. Create a new table within the application scope.
  3. Create a field on the new table (for example, a string field).
  4. Create an onChange client script that triggers on the field created in step 3.
  5. Navigate to $tablet.do.
  6. Open the form for the table.
  7. Try to change the field.
  8. Open Inspect Element.
Note the client side error: "ReferenceError: ScopedGlideAjaxGenerator is not defined."
