Client scripts containing g_from.removeOption work on mobile but append to the URL, making it unusable when many parameters are used.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create an onLoad client script on the incident table, using Both for the UI type, and the following script:

    function onLoad() {

    g_form.removeOption('priority', '1');

  2. In the mobile UI, load the incident form.
  3. Click on priority and notice priority 1 is removed (as expected).
  4. Notice the URL has changed:

    The above URL is the result of using g_form.removeOption to remove one option. Removing additional options in this way results in an even longer URL. This appends special characters which make the URL invalid. The URL can become extremely long, and the mobile UI stops working.
