Steps to Reproduce
- Go to Self-Service → Service Catalog.
- Go into Can We Help You? category.
- Click on one of the items.
- In the catalog item view, right click on the header and select Configure Item from the context menu.
- Make sure the Availability field is set to Desktop and Mobile. If not, save the item first.
- Click on the Copy button for this item to create a copy.
- Create a copy of the same item until you have more than 20 items in the Can We Help You? category.
- Go to mobile UI Favorites → Catalog → Can We Help You?
- Wait for the page to load, and scroll down in the page.
- Note that although there are more than 20 items, only 20 are shown.
If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In field to determine the versions that have a permanent fix to this issue.
