The number of items for the catalog item list request is limited to 20 in the first request. However, the next requests are not done or in some cases the request is done, but the rendering is not done to display the additional items.

Steps to Reproduce 

  1. Go to Self-Service → Service Catalog.
  2. Go into Can We Help You? category.
  3. Click on one of the items.
  4. In the catalog item view, right click on the header and select Configure Item from the context menu.
  5. Make sure the Availability field is set to Desktop and Mobile. If not, save the item first.
  6. Click on the Copy button for this item to create a copy.
  7. Create a copy of the same item until you have more than 20 items in the Can We Help You? category.
  8. Go to mobile UI Favorites → Catalog → Can We Help You?

  9. Wait for the page to load, and scroll down in the page.
  10. Note that although there are more than 20 items, only 20 are shown.
