When accessing service catalogs within the Mobile UI, the default value for the select box variables is ignored.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a new service catalog item under the Can we help category.
- Change availability to mobile.
- Add a Select Box variable.
- Change the default value to 3.
- Add the following choices:
- Text = 2 - Medium, Value = 2
- Text = 3 - Low, Value = 3
- Navigate to this catalog item in the mobile service catalog.
- Note that 2 - Medium is displaying. If you change the availability to desktop, the correct default value is shown.
The issue has been fixed in the following versions:
- Eureka Patch 10
- Fuji Patch 1
