When a customer is upgraded to an affected instance and tries to use the iOS mobile app with SAML, the application hangs with no indication of why it is failing. The mobile app is hanging because it did not trust the customer's certificate.

Steps to Reproduce


  1. Using the iOS mobile app, access an affected instance (see Seen In section below for affected builds) that is using SAML authentication.
  2. Enter the username and password.



This issue is limited to the iOS mobile application. An affected instance can still be accessed on any supported mobile device through the browser. The SAML login worka as expected and the mobile UI is accessible.
