Description

The Calculate Total Delivery Time business rule does not calculate time accurately. Without a calendar specified, the total delivery time is always the maximum duration on one of the tasks.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to Service Catalog > Catalog Policies > Execution Plans.
  2. Create a new execution plan.
  3. Create an execution plan task and set the Delivery time to 1 hour.

Actual: The total delivery time on the execution plan is not updated.
Expected: The total delivery time on the execution plan is updated according to the task delivery time.

Workaround

  1. Open the Calculate Total Delivery Time business rule: [instance url]/nav_to.do?uri=sys_script.do?sys_id=8a69f831c6112278018654ae90269906
  1. Change line #35:
    gr.total_delivery_time.setDisplayValue(target);

    To:
    gr.setValue('total_delivery_time', target);
