When viewing a knowledge article, selecting the 'Print' link does not work. When you click the link, another window with a 'Click to Print' button should appear.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to Self-Service > Knowledge.
  2. Select any knowledge article.
  3. Click the Print link.
  4. Notice that nothing happens.


Use the cog menu to display a printer-friendly version of the article.
