When viewing a knowledge article, selecting the 'Print' link does not work. When you click the link, another window with a 'Click to Print' button should appear.
Steps to Reproduce
- Login a pre-Fuji or pre-Geneva instance using Knowledge v1
- Navigate to Self-Service > Knowledge.
- Select any knowledge article.
- Click the Print link.
- Notice that nothing happens.
Since the Fuji release, the Print button was deprecated and eventually removed. Use the top-right cogwheel menu to display a printer-friendly version of the article instead.
