The Most Useful section on the Knowledge homepage lists articles that are no longer valid.

Steps to Reproduce


  1. Create a knowledge article with a Valid to date in the past.
  2. Navigate to Self-Service > Knowledge.
  3. Search for the article.
    Note that the article is not found. The article is not valid on current time.
  4. Navigate to Knowledge > Published and search for the article. 
  5. Open the article record and click View Article.
  6. Under Helpful? click Yes.
  7. Navigate to Self-Service > Knowledge.
    Note the article is listed under Most Useful.
  8. Search for the article and confirm it cannot be found in search.


 There is no workaround available at this time.
