The wording implies the knowledge base is public. This actually means the knowledge records are public when there are no roles assigned to the articles.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to sys_public.list.
  2. Change kb_view page to active.
  3. Create a new knowledge article.
  4. Note the text next to the Roles field.
    • You may need to personalize the form to view this field.


Update the wording in the business rule Public Info.
