This issue is reproducible in the latest Eureka build, but is not reproducible in Fuji.
Note: PRB623154 fixed the issue when two-step checkout was turned off.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Log in to your instance.
2. Navigate to Service Catalog > Catalogs.
3. Click Technical Catalog.
4. Order any Catalog Item.
Please note that if you click Back To Catalog on the Order Status page, you are redirected to Service Catalog instead of Technical Catalog.
Change the script include, which handles the redirect from the two-step checkout page to the order status page. This will ensure that you have the correct URL parameters on the order status page.
Open the CatalogTransactionCheckoutTwo script include (/sys_script_include.do?sys_id=8f620ce9c0a8002700f6971d7a179fb9) and change this line in the execute method:
var catalog = this.request.getParameter("sysparm_catalog");
var catalogView = this.request.getParameter("sysparm_catalog_view");
return this._checkout(catalog, catalogView);
Note: Please remove the update records from the sys_update_xml table for this file if you require future updates from ServiceNow.
