When creating or modifying SLA Definitions in Eureka and Fuji, the only stage condition available is "Catalog Item Removed".

According to How Stage Values Are Derived in the ServiceNow product documentation, the stage field should be pulling values from wf_stage and wf_stage_default tables, but this is not happening.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to Service Level Management > SLA >SLA Definition.
  2. Create a new SLA Definition.
  3. Set the table to sc_req_item (Request Items).
  4. Fill in the remaining needed details (Name, Duration type, Schedule, etc.).
  5. Add a new Start condition for [Stage] [is one of] and note the only choice option is Catalog item removed (see screenshot).
  6. Save the SLA Definition.
  7. Note the condition options remain the same.

In this example, selecting the Stage field on SLA condition builder or sc_req_item filter gives an incorrect choice list of only one option: Catalog Item Removed

  1. Navigate to System Definition > Business Rules.
  2. Open the record named sc_req_item_stageGetChoices
  3. Modify line 13:

             Incorrect: if (typeof current == "undefined" || !current) {

             Correct: if (typeof current == "undefined" || JSUtil.nil(current) || !current || JSUtil.nil(current.sys_id)) {

  4. Modify Line 25

             Incorrect: if (JSUtil.nil(current) || JSUtil.nil(current.cat_item) || JSUtil.nil(current.cat_item.name)) {

             Correct:if (!JSUtil.nil(current) && !JSUtil.nil(current.sys_id) && (JSUtil.nil(current.cat_item) || JSUtil.nil(current.cat_item.name))) {
