Viewing alert information on HI 

 

Overview
You can use the Customer Self-Service Portal on HI to view alerts about issues that could affect your instances. For more information about the portal, see:

 

Viewing critical alert information
  1. Navigate to HI at hi.service-now.com.

    The alerts are in the upper left area of the portal.

  2. For more information, click the alert text.

  

Viewing a list of alerts
View the Alerts page to see information about all alerts.
  1. Navigate to HI at hi.service-now.com.
  2. Do one of the following:

    • Click on any red alert badge on a content tile. In this example, there are 20 alerts on the Manage Users tile:

    • Click on any of the content tiles (for example, Real Availability or Manage HI Users) and then click Alerts.

  3. View the alert information on the page.

    • By default, alert information is listed only for the past 7 days. For more alerts, click 30 days or All

    • Service Notification lists alerts that can affect your instances
    • Manage Upgrades lists alerts for upgrades that are available for your instances
    • Manage Instance lists pending change requests for your instances
    • Manage Users lists alerts that affect your profile, users, and company information.
