Resetting HI passwords for users 


Overview 

This article discusses how HI customer administrators and partner administrators can reset a password for users they manage.

 

Resetting a password for a user (Enterprise and Express customers)

  1. Log in to HI at hi.service-now.com.
  2. Click Manage Accounts > Users.
  3. Click a user Name.
  4. Click Reset Password.
    The user receives an email message containing instructions for resetting the password.


Resetting a password for a user (ServiceWatch customers)

  1. Log in to HI at hi.service-now.com.
  2. Navigate to Self-Service > Administration > Manage Users.
  3. Open a user record.
  4. Click the Reset password button.
    The user receives an email message containing instructions for resetting the password.
